    Junior/Senior Prom

    The Grand Manor, 1450 Sarno Rd, Melbourne, 32935
    Junior and Senior Prom is a formal high school dance celebrating academic years, with the Senior Prom often being the grand finale for graduating 12th graders, while the Junior Prom (11th grade) is sometimes a precursor or combined event, both involving formal wear, dancing, photos, and a festive atmosphere, marking rites of passage with unique traditions for each grade level.  

    The students will select the theme for their prom as we get closer.

    Good News! We are able to extend our deadline for the orders.  Orders will be accepted through the Wednesday, 12 noon prior to the Chick-fil-Day.  

    A reminder that our upcoming Chick-fil-A Day is scheduled for Monday, May 4th.  All orders must be submitted by 12 Noon on Wednesday, April 29th. 
    Orders may be submitted at any time before the deadline. If the deadline is missed, lunch cannot be ordered for that Chick-fil-A day. In additiion, no cancellations apply to Chick-fil-A day.

    Families and staff may choose from Chick-fil-A meal options or a la carte items:  Menu Options:

    Our Pre-K and VPK End-of-Year Program celebrates the learning and growth God has blessed our youngest students with as they prepare for kindergarten.  Through songs, activities, and fun experiences, children showcase the social skills, literacy, and early math concepts they have developed this year.   Many students will also receive certificates to mark this important milestone. 

    Parents and families are warmly invited to join us as we thank God for the gifts, talents, and progress of our students.  The program will be held on May 6 and May 7, 2026, depending on your student's class.  Families will be notified of their student's assigned time slot for receiving their certificates.

    Swag Thursdays

    SWAG days will take place on Thursdays.  On SWAG days, preK - 12th graders may dress in  N.U.T. day apparel.  For each Thursday a student wishes to dress in N.U.T. day apparel, he/she will pay $5.00 in case to receive a single use wristband.  Wristbands will be dated and must be worn on the date of purchase.  Wristbands may be purchased at tables set up in front of the school on SWAG Thursday mornings. 

    Please see N.U.T. day dress guidelines in the handbook.
    If a student dresses inappropriately (not following the guidelines), the parent will be called to bring the proper clothing.

    K-4th Elementary Music & Art Show

    Friday, May 8th from 8:00 am – 1 pm,  Commons
       
    This exciting event highlights the fine art talents of our students.  All CCA families and friends are invited to this event.  
    The K-4th art work will be displayed in The Commons the entire morning from 8:00 am – 1 pm.
    The K-4th choral group performances will be in the Commons (see schedule below).

    Middle School Awards Ceremony

    Middle School Awards Ceremony is a special event celebrating the God-given talents, achievements, and growth of our students.  We honor excellence in academics, character, and extracurricular activities, including awards such as Principal's Honor Roll, Character awards, and subject-specific recognition's.

    Parents and families are warmly invited to join us in supporting and encouraging our students as we celebrate their accomplishments and give thanks to God for the gifts He has given them.

    Thespian Induction Ceremony

    The Thespian Induction Ceremony formally welcomes new members in the the International Thespian Society (ITS), an honor society recognizing excellence, dedication, and achievement in the theater.  This special event celebrates the God-given talents and hard work of our students, honoring the history of ITS, the accomplishments of inductees, and the recitation of the Thespian pledge, where members commit to uphold the ideals of excellence , service, and a passion for the performing arts. 

     The ceremony typically includes participation from troupe officers.  It culminates in the recognition of students' achievements, including earning stars and advancing in rank. 

    Parents and families are warmly encouraged to attend, celebrate and support our students as they continue to grow in their gifts and use their talents to glorify God through theater.

    Senior High Tributes

    A Senior high tribute is a personalized message from a teacher including heartfelt memories, inside jokes, favorite scriptures, or hopes for the future, often with specific details and life lessons.  These Tributes serve as cherished keepsakes for graduates to remember their high school journey.

    These will be shared formally and the student will receive the keepsake at this ceremony.

    Our Baccalaureate Service is a special celebration honoring the graduating high school class.  This meaningful event provides an opportunity to pause, reflect, and give thanks to God for the students growth and the milestone of moving into adulthood.  Faculty members will offer words of guidance, and the graduating students themselves direct the service, including the selection of the Keynote Speaker and all program details.
