    Join Us for Chapel!

    We warmly invite parents and family members to join us for Chapel as we worship and grow together in God's Word.  We love having families share in this special part of our school day!

    Visitor Guidelines:  
    * All parents and guests must check in at the Front Office before attending Chapel.  
    * Please wear your visitor badge at all times.  A badge is required for entry into the sanctuary.
    * After entering, you may invite your student to sit with you. 
    * Family seating is available behind the students seating in the left center section or on the far left side of the sanctuary. 
    * Please note that seating on the right side behind the students is reserved and is not available for family seating. 

    Chapel Schedule: 
    * Elementary Chapel: 8:10 - 8:55 am
    * Middle School Chapel 9:10 - 9:50 am

    We look forward to worshiping with you and appreciate your partnership in making Chapel a meaningful experience for our students. 

    Special Chapel Services

    Throughout the school year, we will also host several special Chapel service.  Please watch for school communications regarding these events, as schedules and guest attendance opportunities may very.

    One of the strengths of Parent Connect is our dedicated team of parent volunteers who have a desire to serve our school while earning volunteer hours. 
    This group plays an important role in supporting our students, teachers, and school community throughout the year. 

    Join us for our monthly Parent Connect Meeting to learn about volunteer opportunities for the upcoming school year and discover new ways to get involved.

    ACDA Honor Choir Audition

    This is for the students that are enrolled in Chorus. 

    ACDA has promoted excellence in Choral music through its workshops,  symposia, Choral program exchanges, international efforts, and especially through its conventions. ACDA has worked
    to recognize and reward superior Choral music. Our students will audition to be part of this prestigious association.

    "Radio Live" Parent Showcase

    Please join us for the 5th Grade Reading Team's Cross-Curricular Academic Showcase!

    Our students have creatively adapted their summer reading novels into live, two-minute radio broadcast scripts, combining reading, writing, speaking, and performance skills.  They will present these live broadcasts on the Youth Worship Stage for parents, families, and guests. 

    Parents are welcome to attend; however, all parents must check in at the Front Office to receive a visitor badge. If you arrive without a badge, you will be asked to stop by the Front Office to complete the check-in process and receive one. Doors will open 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. 

    We hope you can join us as we celebrate the hard work, creativity, and accomplishments of our fifth-grade students.  We look forward to sharing this special occasion with you!

    Homecoming Football Game vs. Lake Mary Prep

    Hearing and Vision Screening

    K101, K104, K106
    Hearing and Vision screenings are conducted for all Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 6th grade students as part of our commitment to supporting each child's learning and well-being. 

    These screenings help identify potential concerns early so that appropriate followup can be arranged if needed.  Parents will be notified if results indicate that further evaluation by a healthcare professional is recommended.

    Parent Connect is excited to host our Chick-fil-A Fundraiser benefiting Teacher Appreciation! There will be two Chick-fil-A Days this year:

    Ordering Deadlines

    Orders will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the Wednesday prior to each Chick-fil-A Day.
    • Friday, September 25 Lunch: Orders must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23.
    • Monday, November 2 Lunch: Orders must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28.
    Orders may be placed at any time before the deadline. Late orders cannot be accepted, and no cancellations or refunds will be available after the ordering deadline.

    Families and staff may choose from the following à la carte items:

    SWAG Thursdays

    Front of the school building
    SWAG days will take place on Thursdays.  On SWAG days, preSchool - 12th graders may dress in  N.U.T. day apparel. 

    For each Thursday a student wishes to dress in N.U.T. day apparel, he/she will pay $5.00 in case to receive a single use wristband.  Wristbands will be dated and must be worn on the date of purchase.  Wristbands may be purchased at tables set up in front of the school on SWAG Thursday mornings. 

    Please see N.U.T. day dress guidelines in the handbook.
    If a student dresses inappropriately (not following the guidelines), the parent will be called to bring the proper clothing.

    For Students:  7:30 - 8:10 am
    Students please join us for 'See You at the Pole" - a student-led prayer and worship gathering at the school flagpole.  Our high school students will be leading this special time of prayer and praise.


    For Parents: 8:15 - 8:45 am 
    Parents, we'd love for you to join us for a special time of prayer for our school.   We'll meet in the cafe, at 8:15 am.  Bring your own drink, we will provide donut holes. This gathering will last about 25 - 30  minutes, so stay a little longer and join us.

    Spiritual Growth Week - Preschool  - 12th students will attend daily Chapel services featuring a variety of guest speakers and teachers.  Throughout the week, students will also participate in special activities, including outreach opportunities. 

    Parents are welcome to attend; however, all parents must check in at the Front Office to receive a visitor badge. If you arrive without a badge, you will be asked to stop by the Front Office to complete the check-in process and receive one. Doors will open five minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

    SWAG Thursdays

    Front of the school building
    SWAG days will take place on Thursdays.  On SWAG days, preSchool - 12th graders may dress in  N.U.T. day apparel. 

    For each Thursday a student wishes to dress in N.U.T. day apparel, he/she will pay $5.00 in case to receive a single use wristband.  Wristbands will be dated and must be worn on the date of purchase.  Wristbands may be purchased at tables set up in front of the school on SWAG Thursday mornings. 

    Please see N.U.T. day dress guidelines in the handbook.
    If a student dresses inappropriately (not following the guidelines), the parent will be called to bring the proper clothing.

    Parent Connect is excited to host our Chick-fil-A Fundraiser benefiting Teacher Appreciation! There will be two Chick-fil-A Days this year:
    • Friday, September 25
    • Monday, November 2

    Ordering Deadlines

    Orders will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the Wednesday prior to each Chick-fil-A Day.
    • Friday, September 25 Lunch: Orders must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23.
    • Monday, November 2 Lunch: Orders must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28.
    Orders may be placed at any time before the deadline. Late orders cannot be accepted, and no cancellations or refunds will be available after the ordering deadline.

    Families and staff may choose from the following à la carte items:
    • Chick-fil-A Sandwich – $6.50
    • 5-Piece Chicken Nuggets – $5.50

    Join Us for Chapel!

    We warmly invite parents and family members to join us for Chapel as we worship and grow together in God's Word.  We love having families share in this special part of our school day!

    Visitor Guidelines:  
    * All parents and guests must check in at the Front Office before attending Chapel.  
    * Please wear your visitor badge at all times.  A badge is required for entry into the sanctuary.
    * After entering, you may invite your student to sit with you. 
    * Family seating is available behind the students seating in the left center section or on the far left side of the sanctuary. 
    * Please note that seating on the right side behind the students is reserved and is not available for family seating. 

    Chapel Schedule: 
    * Elementary Chapel: 8:10 - 8:55 am
    * Middle School Chapel 9:10 - 9:50 am

    We look forward to worshiping with you and appreciate your partnership in making Chapel a meaningful experience for our students. 

    Special Chapel Services

    Throughout the school year, we will also host several special Chapel service.  Please watch for school communications regarding these events, as schedules and guest attendance opportunities may very. 

    Examples of special Chapels include:

    * K-6 Reading Celebration
    * Special guest speakers
    * Student presentations
    * Other celebrations and events
