Calvary Chapel Academy is no longer accepting applications for the 2021-2022 school year. Open enrollment for PreK-12th for the 2022-2023 school year will open on February 1st, 2022. For any questions about Open Enrollment, please call the school at 321-729-9922.

Create an Account

Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application as you need. 

CREATE AN ACCOUNT

There is a $100 application fee  for all new K-12 students, and a $25.00 testing fee for 1-8 th grade students. This fee is due when you submit your application.

When your child is entering Calvary Chapel Academy, the family interview helps the team get a sense of who your child is, understand your family’s educational values, and envision your family as part of the school community.

Step Up For Students is a state-approved nonprofit scholarship-funding organization that helps administer five scholarships for Florida schoolchildren. These scholarships strengthen public education by offering options to struggling schoolchildren. Step Up For Students considers itself a partner of public schools by giving all students the tools to succeed. They are empowering parents through the scholarship programs so that they might have an equal opportunity to discover educational options that work best for their children.

The Gardiner Scholarship (formerly known as PLSA) is for students who are Florida residents three years old through 12th grade in an eligible Florida private school or home education program who have been diagnosed with a specific disability, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, etc. To see a complete list of the disabilities and to learn more about this scholarship please visit their website. Information regarding the Gardiner Scholarship is available at www.stepupforstudents.org or 1-877-735-7837.

The John McKay Scholarship is offered by the State of Florida to students who are currently enrolled in public school and have an active IEP (Individual Education Plan) from the public school system or county. In order to get this scholarship, the parent must file a Notice of Intent and follow the instructions provided. Information regarding the John McKay Scholarship is available at Florida Department of Education or 1-800-447-1636.

This program is a private, non-profit organization that is privately funded and provides assistance for private school tuition for eligible students.

So, we are dedicated to assessing your needs and helping you determine the best option for your family. Here you will find information about scholarships for private schools and the Tuition Assistance Program at Calvary Chapel Academy.

The Tuition Assistance Program at Calvary Chapel Academy was established to assist families during difficult financial seasons who do not have or qualify for other financial assistance programs.

This program provides 10% to 50% tuition assistance to approved students currently enrolled at CCA with all accounts in good standing and is valid for one school year only. Additional fees such as; (re)enrollment, technology fee, lunch, and before/aftercare are not covered by the Tuition Assistance Program.

All Tuition Assistance is reviewed and determined by the Tuition Assistance Committee. A student’s performance and conduct along with the family’s financial need is considered during each application.
