    Morning Schedule – Preschool through 4th Grade

    🕤 9:30–10:00 AM – Parent Meeting (Sanctuary)
    • Parents must be seated by 9:30 AM

    • You'll receive a stamp confirming attendance

    🕙 10:00 AM–12:00 PM – Meet Your Teacher (Commons → Classrooms)
    • After the meeting, head to the Commons to find out your child’s teacher

    • Then proceed to classrooms

      📚 Midday Schedule – 5th through 12th Grade


      🕦 11:30 AM–12:00 PM – Parent Meeting (Sanctuary)
      • Parents must be seated by 11:30 AM

      • You'll receive a stamp confirming attendance

      • Not required if:

        • You are a parent of a 9th–12th grade student

        • OR your 7th/8th grade student is taking a high school course

        • AND you attended High School Guidance Night on July 31

      🕛 12:00–2:00 PM – Meet Your Teacher
      • 5th–8th Grade:

        • Go to the Commons to receive class schedule & locker assignment

        • Then proceed to classrooms

      • 9th–12th Grade:

        • Go to the K Building lobby for schedule & locker information

        • Then proceed to classrooms

       

      🎉 High School Crew Event

      🕑 2:00–3:00 PM – GYM
      All high school students will participate in fun group activities with their Crew—a great time to connect with classmates and Crew leaders!
      👕 Dress: Casual (shorts and T-shirt)

    Power of Parent Connect Coffee Chat

    Yth/Gym - Youth Cent
    Join us for either one of our Power of Parent Connect Coffee Chat sessions (you can either come to the session in the morning or the session at night), a relaxed and welcoming gathering where parents can enjoy coffee, connect with one another, and learn about exciting ways to get involved on campus this school year.

    This is a great opportunity to hear about upcoming volunteer events—including the uniform sales and athletic games—and see how you can use your time and talents to bless our school community.

    Whether you're a returning parent or new to CCA, we’d love for you to stop by, sip some coffee, and see how the Power of Parent Involvement can make a big impact!

    Swag Thursdays


    SWAG days will take place on Thursdays.  On SWAG days, preK - 12th graders may dress in  N.U.T. day apparel.  For each Thursday a student wishes to dress in N.U.T. day apparel, he/she will pay $5.00 in case to receive a single use wristband.  Wristbands will be dated and must be worn on the date of purchase.  Wristbands may be purchased at tables set up in front of the school on SWAG Thursday mornings. 

    Please see N.U.T. day dress guidelines in the handbook.
    If a student dresses inappropriately (not following the guidelines), the parent will be called to bring the proper clothing.

    Odyssey of the Mind Parent Meeting

    Discover how your child can unleash their creativity and problem-solving skills with Odyssey of the Mind (OM)!

    Parents interested in learning more about this exciting program are invited to an informational meeting on August 14, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the K Auditorium.

    This crucial meeting will cover everything you need to know about OM's philosophy, rules, and how parents can best support their child's team without providing "outside assistance" to their unique solutions. We'll clarify the program's structure, explain the commitment involved for both students and parents, and outline expectations for parent involvement, including logistics, fundraising, and judging requirements.

    Don't miss this opportunity to understand how you can help foster your child's innovation and teamwork in a fun and challenging environment!

    Chorus Parent Meeting

    The Chorus Parent Night is for the parents of current members of the 6th Grade, Middle School, and High School Choruses and the current Middle School Worship Team.
    Come meet Dr. Martinez, ask questions, and receive the yearly calendar and other important paperwork.
