Empowering Parents & Students to Navigate Mental Health with Confidence
Parenting has never been easy, but in today’s world, the challenges are more complex than ever. Many kids are struggling with anxiety, emotional ups and downs, and the pressures of school and social life. On top of that, screens are everywhere, routines get off track, and parents are left wondering how to best support their child’s mental health while keeping the whole family grounded.
Prepare for Lift-Off is a 90-minute workshop designed to equip parents and caregivers with practical tools and real-world strategies to help kids thrive emotionally and mentally, not just during the school year, but for life.
Led by experienced mental health professionals and educators, this event will help you:
Build healthy routines that reduce stress and bring more calm to your home
Support your child’s emotional well-being and help them manage big feelings
Encourage confidence, independence, and resilience in everyday life
Recognize common parenting patterns that may unintentionally fuel emotional struggles, and learn better approaches
We invite all parents of rising 5th graders to join us for an important and informative meeting as we introduce you to the exciting world of 5th grade—your child’s first step into middle school at CCA!
At the heart of our High School community are two core values: Deepening Community and Awakening Purpose. We bring these to life through Servant Leadership, especially within our small discipleship groups known as CREWs.
