2025-2026 Applications

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are now open. Apply now!
  • We are currently at or near capacity for most grade levels for the 2025–2026 school year. If you wish to have your student added to our wait pool, please submit an application. Kindly note that our application and testing fees are non-refundable.
  • For any questions or further assistance, please contact our Admissions Department at Admissions@CalvaryCCA.com.
  • Current families who want to apply for a new student will use the “Apply” post on the Resource Board in their current My CCA (Blackbaud) account.

Interesting in becoming a part of the CCA family?

  • 1. Come to our School Tour

    Come visit CCA! We are pleased to invite prospective families to visit CCA. We have tours every Wednesday at 9:30 AM for grades K-12.

  • 2. Create an Account

    Create a new student application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account, as well as access your open application as you need.

  • 3. Submit Required Documentation

    You will be assigned a checklist to your student once the application is submitted and reviewed. You can upload your documents, send documents to the school front office, or email. Please submit documents as a PDF.

  • 4. Placement Testing

    We will schedule a placement testing date/time, for each student(s), which can be found in the application.

  • 5. Attend the Family Meeting

    When your child is entering Calvary Chapel Academy, the family meeting helps the team get a sense of who your child is, understand your family’s educational values, and envision your family as part of the school community. Admissions will schedule the meeting.

Thank you for your interest in Calvary Chapel Academy!  We would be honored to consider your child’s admission to our school, and we are happy you would like to know more about who we are.  Calvary Chapel Academy is accredited through the Association of Christian Schools International and Cognia.
 
As CCA’s Director of Admissions, I want to do my best to help you get to know our school and what makes CCA a special place.  Our multi-step admissions process provides both your family and our school an opportunity to work together.  We invite you to discover more by signing up for a tour on Wednesdays, at 9:30 AM for K-12.
