- Open to all students in grades 6–12
- Recommended, even for non-athletes
- Detects hidden heart issues
- Held in boys' & girls' locker rooms
- Pre-registration required

🏃♂️ EL2 Sports Physicals – $25
Provided by Sports Chiropractic
- No pre-registration needed
- Card payment only (No cash)
- Bring a completed EL2 form (Download from CCA website) or we will also have blank forms available at the event. Parents MUST complete the first 2 pages.
