Meet Your Teacher Day

Morning Schedule – Preschool through 4th Grade

 9:30–10:00 AM – Parent Meeting (Sanctuary)

• Parents must be seated by 9:30 AM
  
  
• You'll receive a stamp confirming attendance
  
  

 10:00 AM–12:00 PM – Meet Your Teacher (Commons → Classrooms)

• After the meeting, head to the Commons to find out your child’s teacher
  
  
• Then proceed to classrooms
  
  

   Midday Schedule – 5th through 12th Grade

  
  

   11:30 AM–12:00 PM – Parent Meeting (Sanctuary)

  • Parents must be seated by 11:30 AM
    
    
  • You'll receive a stamp confirming attendance
    
    
  • Not required if:
    
    
    • You are a parent of a 9th–12th grade student
      
      
    • OR your 7th/8th grade student is taking a high school course
      
      
    • AND you attended High School Guidance Night on July 31
      
      

   12:00–2:00 PM – Meet Your Teacher

  • 5th–8th Grade:
    
    
    • Go to the Commons to receive class schedule & locker assignment
      
      
    • Then proceed to classrooms
      
      
  • 9th–12th Grade:
    
    
    • Go to the K Building lobby for schedule & locker information
      
      
    • Then proceed to classrooms

   High School Crew Event

  2:00–3:00 PM – GYM

  All high school students will participate in fun group activities with their Crew—a great time to connect with classmates and Crew leaders!

   Dress: Casual (shorts and T-shirt)
   Bring: A water bottle
