ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Applications for the 2024-2025 school year will open on February 13, 2024.

· Should a grade reach maximum capacity, applications will automatically be moved to the waitlist.

· Current families who want to apply for a new student will use the “Apply” post on the Resource Board in your current Blackbaud account.

 

We are now full in PreK-8th Grade for the 2024-2025 School Year.

You can complete an application to be placed on a wait list for a subsequent year.

Interested in becoming a part of the CCA family?

Here is what to expect:

Create an Account

Create a New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application as you need.

Schedule Placement Testing Please select your preferred Placement Testing Date/Time, for each student(s), which can be found in the application..

SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION You will be assigned a checklist to your student once the application is submitted and reviewed. You can upload your documents, send documents to the school front office, or email.

ATTEND THE FAMILY INTERVIEW When your child is entering Calvary Chapel Academy, the family interview helps the team get a sense of who your child is, understand your family’s educational values, and envision your family as part of the school community.

CCA RESOURCE DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

At this time, 2024-2025 4th grade-9th grade Resource applications are CLOSED.

All IEP, 504 Learning Plans, and Psychological Evaluations MUST be reviewed by the CCA Resource Department prior to a student application being submitted.

All IEP, 504 Learning Plans, and Psychological Evaluations MUST be submitted with supporting documents:

  • most current report card with teacher comments
  • most current standardized test scores (i.e. I-Ready scores, FSA scores)
  • Please email these documents to Angela Richardson at arichardson@calvarycca.com
